What will you do?

• You're the friendly face behind the chat - aka the reason why customers think: ‘Oh, that was easy!’
• You answer questions by email, chat & phone - don't worry, we'll teach you so that you sound like a pro after week 1.

What we love about you

• You want to help people. Really. That's more important to us than  1 year of experience.
• You speak fluent Lithuanian and solid English (our Slack channels are in English 😅)
• You can use a Mac without calling IT.
