We’re looking for someone with the client partnership mindset of a Customer Success Manager 🤝, combined with the commercial and digital strengths of an E-commerce Manager 💡
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, spotting growth opportunities, and using their market knowledge to make a real impact
You’re into E-commerce, have experience with digital growth, and love helping webshops adapt to new markets. You know what works for German consumers, and you enjoy being that person who makes things happen.
What you’ll focus on 🔍
Supporting German-based companies as they grow into new markets or improve performance in the ones they already operate in. You’ll work closely with our local teams to provide clients with strategic guidance that reflects real market knowledge.
Advising businesses entering the German market. Here, your understanding of German e-commerce culture is key. You’ll act as a native market specialist – helping clients adapt their strategy, messaging and webshop to fit the needs of the German customer.

You’ll also be part of a friendly and international team of Customer Success Managers who support other European markets in the same way.
What you will do 🛠️
Build and grow long-term client relationships, with a focus on Germany-based webshops
Lead strategic conversations to help clients optimise and localise their online performance
Use data and trends to spot opportunities, challenges and where to scale next
Be the go-to person for commercial insights, website improvements and local behaviour for internal as well as external stakeholders
Stay ahead of the curve on e-commerce developments and digital buying behaviour
You 🙋♀️🙋♂️
Are a native German speaker with strong knowledge of German consumer culture
Have 3–5+ years of E-commerce experience (ideally from a German webshop, agency, or brand)
Speak and write excellent English (C1/C2 level) – you will be working with 8 other nationalities
Feel comfortable leading client meetings and presenting insights
Are tech-savvy, proactive, and not afraid to dive into data
Have a relevant bachelor’s degree
Love teamwork and shared success
Someone who enjoys solving problems, finding growth paths and thinking commercially
