Client Onboarding Specialist
We’re looking for a Lithuanian-speaking Client Onboarding Specialist to be a key player in our Vilnius team. You’ll be responsible for new clients taking their webshop abroad - the one who ensures a smooth, reliable and well-structured onboarding journey.
You will support our sales team by onboarding the clients they bring in and working closely with teams across the company, including Sales and Operations, to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with a variety of teams, this is your chance to make an impact from day one.
What you will do
- Play a key role in the client’s onboarding journey, taking ownership from handover by the Sales team through to the successful launch of their webshop in a new market
- Technical set-up for customer service solution
- Internal and external project planning
- Flow of information between departments
- Ongoing optimisation of the onboarding process of projects
🙋♀️🙋♂️Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or
e-commerce support - Experience in onboarding webshops into new systems, workflows, or markets
- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations (customer service, order flow, returns, logistics basics)
- Proficiency with CRM and support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk or Asana).
- Strong process understanding and ability to structure onboarding journeys end-to-end
- Comfortable working across teams such as Sales, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify process improvements

- Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
- You bring a positive, supportive attitude to both clients and colleagues
- Know your deadlines and know the importance of delivering on time
- Strong scheduling and time management skills
