The role – hands-on & full of impact

As our new E-commerce Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients succeed in the German market. You’ll be part of a supportive German team 🤝 and collaborate with both clients and colleagues to localise online webshops, improve performance, and boost conversions.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

• Giving hands-on feedback to help clients improve UX and boost sales

• Sharing localisation know-how on everything from returns to payment methods

• Presenting optimisation tips and performance reports in client meetings

• Working closely with our internal Operations teams to align on priorities

• This is not a “sit and wait” kind of job – you’ll be deep in the action and making real changes for real clients 💥

What we’re looking for

You’re into E-commerce, have experience with digital growth, and love helping brands adapt to new markets. You know what works for German consumers, and you enjoy being that person who makes things happen.

You

• Are a native German speaker with strong knowledge of German consumer culture

• Have 3–5+ years of E-commerce experience (client side, agency, or brand)

• Speak and write excellent English (C1/C2 level) - you will be working with 8 other nationalities

• Feel comfortable leading client meetings and presenting insights

• Are tech-savvy, proactive, and not afraid to dive into data

• Have a relevant bachelor’s degree

• Love teamwork and shared success
