🤖 Automation Implementation Specialist

To support our growing use of automation, internally built tools, and artificial intelligence, we are now looking for an Automation Implementation Specialist to help ensure that our systems are rolled out well, run reliably, and deliver value in daily work.
This is a hands-on, entry-level role close to real operations. If you enjoy making systems work in practice, fixing friction through ongoing feedback, and gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow, this might be your next move.
The role – hands-on and close to operations
As our new Automation Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that automation and internal tools are used as intended across the organisation. You will work with roll-outs, small configurations and tinkering, follow-up, and support, and help connect technical decisions with everyday usage.
You will work closely with the Automation & AI Lead and act as a bridge between system design and daily operational reality.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
Taking ownership of how systems behave in daily work, ensuring clarity and reliability
Acting as a central point of contact for operational questions related to automation and tools
Supporting roll-outs of new features across systems, automations, and internal setups
Ensuring configurations, routines, and follow-up are in place to keep solutions stable
Investigating issues, troubleshooting, and escalating complex cases when needed
Maintaining documentation and communicating clearly when changes are made
Working with internal teams to identify recurring manual work or inefficiencies that consume unnecessary time
Supporting better use of existing tools
Contributing to prioritisation by sharing insights from day-to-day operational reality
This is not a “sit and wait” kind of job. You will be close to the action and help make systems actually work for the people using them.
What we’re looking for
You are comfortable working with digital tools used in daily operations and enjoy helping others use systems correctly and confidently.
You
Have experience working with operational digital tools such as customer service platforms, order management systems, automation tools, workflow platforms, or reporting systems
Are curious about how systems connect, perhaps including a basic understanding of APIs
Have a background in operations, customer service, e-commerce, or implementation-focused roles, which is an advantage but not a requirement
Are excited about getting around and speaking to stakeholders in an organisation and driving technological adoption
Speak and write fluent English
