🇱🇻 Latvian E-commerce Assistant
Our Latvian team is expanding, so we’re ready to welcome a new team member! 🇱🇻
Do you type faster than your mom? Do you know what an abandoned cart is without Googling it?
Do you believe that customer service should create a “wow” experience instead of a bad one?
And are you familiar with customer service work and the processes that make customer journeys smooth and fast?
Then read on and apply!
What will you do?
👉 Online Customer support (phone, chat, email). You're the friendly face behind the chat - aka the reason why customers think: ‘Oh, that was easy!’
👉 Communicate fluently in Latvian – your language skills will make every interaction clear, natural and professional.
👉 Translations – make sure all Latvian content sounds clear, natural, and locally relevant.
👉 Jump into social media and reply to customer messages, comments and reactions.
👉 Take care of webshops behind the scenes – check orders, fix things manually when needed and make quick translations directly in the system.
What we love about you:
👉 You enjoy helping people, have previous experience in online customer support and you’re confident working efficiently in a busy support environment.
👉 You have excellent Latvian language skills – both written and spoken – and will communicate with native customers in the Latvian market, where people will also read content translated or adapted by you.
👉 You have e-commerce knowledge and understand from a buyer’s perspective how online shopping works, what may differ between stores and what matters to local customers.
👉 Your English is strong enough for smooth daily communication with other teams.
