We're looking for 2 colleagues to join our team in Brno, handling phone, email and chat for our US and international customers.

What will you do?

You're the friendly voice behind the chat, email and phone, the reason a customer's problem gets solved instead of escalated. You handle the tricky stuff: complex questions, sensitive cases, and the ones where AI just doesn't cut it. Don't worry, we'll train you properly first.

You review AI-handled conversations and flag when quality slips. Your feedback actually shapes how our AI gets better. You'll jump into social and reply to customers on Trustpilot, Messenger, Facebook and Instagram. You'll handle back-office tasks and deadlines like a pro across different systems. And you'll be our client's eyes and ears: if something's broken or a process is weird, speak up.

What we love about you

You want to help people. That matters more to us than years of experience. Your English is excellent, both written and spoken. You can jump on a call, handle questions, and write flawless emails without breaking a sweat. You've got an eye for quality and genuinely care about getting things right, not just done. You're comfortable working alongside AI tools and curious rather than threatened by them. You can use a Mac without calling IT.

The setup

This is a freelance/part-time contract role, with a minimum of 16 hours per week and up to 20 hours.

Each of the two positions covers 2 evening shifts per week, from 2 to 10 pm, serving our US and international customers.

Training period: for the first couple of months, you'll work from our Brno office to receive proper training alongside our full-time team. During this period, you'll need to be available for extra daytime hours beyond your regular evening shifts, so the training sticks. Once you're up to speed, your evening shifts can move to remote work, as well.

Start date: mid-September or 1 of October
