As our new E-commerce Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our clients’ success in the Lithuanian market. Together with the supportive Lithuanian team, you’ll collaborate with clients to localise online webshops, improve performance 📈 and boost conversions, while also ensuring that end-customers enjoy a smooth, helpful and positive shopping experience 🤝


We’re looking for someone who:

● Is tech-savvy and curious by nature – proactive, comfortable diving into data, and always eager to learn new things.

● Has previous experience with e-commerce projects (e.g., webshops, online marketing, digital customer experience).

● Has experience working in B2B environments, including providing structured feedback to clients.

● Is a native Lithuanian speaker with a deep understanding of local consumer mindset and online shopping habits.

● Has proven experience translating documents/texts.

● Is fluent in English - you will be working with 5 other nationalities

Your tasks and responsibilities:

● Delivering MakesYouLocal solutions and ensuring their successful implementation for clients (webshop audits, competitor analysis, etc.).

● Providing valuable feedback to clients to optimise the customer experience.

● Translation of product descriptions, ads, newsletters and other types of webshop texts.

● Social media monitoring on behalf of webshops.

● Customer support (phone, chat, email).
