What will you do?
👉 Online Customer support (phone, chat, email). You're the friendly face behind the chat - aka the reason why customers think: ‘Oh, that was easy!’
👉 Communicate fluently in Estonian – your language skills will make every interaction clear, natural and professional.
👉 Estonian translations – help us keep Estonian content sounding authentic, natural and perfectly local.
👉 Jump into social media and reply to customer messages, comments and reactions.
👉 Take care of webshops behind the scenes – check orders, fix things manually when needed and make quick translations directly in the system.
What we love about you:
👉 You enjoy helping people and have previous experience in online customer support.
👉 You have excellent Estonian language skills – both written and spoken – and will communicate with native customers in the Estonian market, where people will also read content translated or adapted by you.
👉 You have basic e-commerce knowledge and understand from a buyer’s perspective how online shopping works, what may differ between stores and what matters to local customers.
👉 Your English is strong enough for smooth daily communication with other teams.
