If you have a good understanding of webshops and experience helping customers shop smoothly, and you believe customer service should create a “wow” experience, not a frustrating one and you’re familiar with customer service workflows and the processes that make customer journeys seamless and efficient, read on!

What will you do?

- Online Customer support (phone, chat, email, Messenger)
- Communicate fluently in Latvian – your language skills will make every interaction clear, natural and professional. 
- Translations – make sure all Latvian content sounds clear, natural, and locally relevant.
- Manage social media channels and respond to customer messages, comments, and reactions.
- Take care of webshops behind the scenes – check orders, fix things manually when needed and make quick translations directly in the system.
- You will develop the skills to showcase our products and solutions, and clearly demonstrate their benefits to business clients.


What we love about you:

- You enjoy helping people, have previous experience in online customer support and you’re confident working efficiently in a busy support environment.
- You have excellent Latvian language skills – both written and spoken – and will communicate with native customers in the Latvian market, where people will also read content translated or adapted by you.
- You have e-commerce knowledge and understand from a buyer’s perspective how online shopping works, what may differ between stores and what matters to local customers.
- Your English is strong enough for smooth daily communication with other teams.
- A big plus if you already have experience working with business clients and webshop development, and are eager to deepen your knowledge in this field.

Type: Full-time only, from Monday to Friday, 8-9 am - 16:30-17:30 pm

Salary range: 1700 - 2300 € (gross)
